Donations go out tomorrow!

Tomorrow is a big day for our community. It marks the day that we will be distributing all of the donations that were collected for the Itaewon Halloween Tragedy. We are proud to say that we have been able to raise a significant amount of money to support the victims and their families.
We have decided to split the donations between two organizations. The first is the Yongsan-gu Welfare Department, which will be receiving 2.8 million Korean won. This money will be used to provide support and assistance to those affected by the tragedy. We will be meeting with the director of the welfare department tomorrow to present the donation and discuss how it will be used.
The second organization that we will be donating to is the Vietnamese Embassy. We will be meeting with the ambassador to donate another 5 million Korean won to help with the funeral costs for the Vietnamese victim of that night. This is a small gesture of our community's support for the victim's family during this difficult time.
We could not have done this without the support of our customers who came in and purchased a cup of coffee, where all the proceeds went to the donation drive. A special thank you to David P for passing out donation jars at various pubs and restaurants and Ronan S, the President of the Itaewon Pool League, for organizing donations through a fundraising tournament. Your generosity and support mean the world to us and the families affected by this tragedy.
We hope that these donations will bring some comfort and support to those affected by the Itaewon Halloween Tragedy. Let us continue to come together as a community to support one another during difficult times.
